In the course of a career spanning over twenty years in Human Resource management Peter has worked in a variety of industries including Retailing, Commercial Banking, Healthcare and Electronics. His international experience includes having been based in Brussels for five years as Director, Human Resources for the European division of a global Orthopaedic Implant manufacturer.

In a similar role for the Electronics division of Cookson Group plc, Peter was responsible for the strategic development of the European Human resource function, creating a business partnership with the European General Managers of the different operating companies and the development of global HR programmes promoting organisational effectiveness.

Peter's first venture into consulting enabled him to work with Amgen Inc, a California based biotechnology company. Experience from his corporate roles enabled him to provide 360 degree coaching and feedback to European managers and facilitate the action planning meetings following a global employee attitude survey.

In 1977 Peter completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at University College Dublin in which he specialised in Operations Management, Personnel Management and Behavioural Science. He is certified to level B+ by the British Psychological Society for the administration and scoring of psychometric assessments.
