In consultation with the client conclusions are drawn about whether or not it may be necessary to recruit skills into the organisation or develop them gradually, creating career opportunity and advancement for members of the team who have the aptitude and the ambition. The client is provided with a recommended action plan and an ongoing commitment to support, training resources and re-evaluation to encourage the growth and evolution of the company.
